Jochen BAUERREIS participated in a further training organised by the French Association of Arbitration (afa) on December 1st and December 2nd .
This further training is dedicated to the solving of a practical case by passing all the stages of an arbitral procedure:
- From the arbitration clause to the seisin of the arbitral court
- From the minutes to the hearing
- The audition
- From the sentence to the execution
This further training took place in the prestigious premises of the “Maison du Barreau”, on the “Ile de la Cité” (2, rue du Harlay – Paris 1er )
