On January 23, 2015 Jochen BAUERREIS attended a seminar on the reform of the « Brussels I » Regulation (civil and commercial matters) organized by Prof. Olivier Cachard, Nicolas Nord et Sylvie Pierre-Maurice. The seminar dealt with all the changes brought by the reform and analized all the difficulties that could follow the interpretation of these new provisions.
The morning was chaired by Prof. Catherine Kessedjian and it dealt with the theme « fake reform or small adjustments ».
The afternoon was chaired by Prof. Bernard Audit and it dealt with the theme « real consolidation and substantial changes ».
