ACE Conference in Seville

Jochen BAUERREIS spoke at the Franco-Spanish seminar in Seville, organised by ACE (the Association of Business Advisory laywers) from 5 to 8 June 2014 on the subject of “Changes in the business: contrasting perspectives of France and Spain – anticipate and accompany”.

The conference was held at the offices of the Seville Order of Lawyers at 6 C/ Chapineros in the old quarter near the Town Hall.

The conference was officially opened by Exmo. Sr. José Joaquín Gallardo, bâtonnier of the Seville Bar, Mr William Feugère, ACE national president, Mr Antoine-Audouin Maggiar, president of ACE’s international section and Mrs Nuria Bove Espinalt, in charge of the Franco-Spanish international section of ACE on 5 June 2014.

One of the themes addressed during the conference was “social changes within the business: the digital challenge and wellbeing at work”.  Participants who addressed this question were Mr Pedro Rodriguez López de Lemus, lawyer of the Seville Bar, Mrs Catherine Posokhow, lawyer with the Versailles Bar, Mrs Laure Pourageaud, HR director at Sage Europe and Mrs Valérie Duez-Ruff, lawyer with the Paris and Madrid Bars.   They were able to shed a great deal of light on the subject.
